No. The agent is the primary interface. Your team can work through Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or another connected agent while Agents First supplies the governed operations underneath. The portal is there when a person wants to inspect, approve, override, or see the receipt.
The work does not depend on a person opening a dashboard and clicking through screens. Your CRM, files, website, and connected tools can be operated through MCP, CLI workflows, and APIs. The UI remains optional; control and visibility do not.
You approve the connected accounts and scopes. Routine steps can run without interruption; sensitive actions—filing, client delivery, budget increases, or owner pricing—can require a checkpoint.
Each deliverable is checked against its sources, business rules, and required review path before it reaches the destination tool. A polished answer with the wrong facts does not pass.
Sensitive work stays in the tools and rules you set. Law firm installs go deeper on supervision before volume. Data is not used to train a public model.
